Trying to humanize this character has always been a pain in the ass and a half. He’s never quite had a set ethnicity, so I usually muddle around with mixed race ideas. The hairstyle and nose are a consistent problem because my brain always says MOHAWK and BEAKY. Also my propensity to put intense cheekbones on everything. But I still sort of like the two on the right.
Clothing and style is sort of up in the air and depends on the setting since he gets transplanted to quite a few. Black feathers, charms, etc. and sometimes sunglasses because… well :1 Beware the death-darting eye of the cockatrice and all that.
